課程概述 |
The study of organizational behavior relates to the expected behavior of an individual in the organization. Most of individuals are likely behave differently in a particular working situation. It is the human factor that is contributory to the productivity hence the study of human behavior is important. The value system, emotional intelligence, organizational culture, job design and the work environment are important causal agents in determining human behavior. It also involves fostering a team spirit and motivation so that the organizational objectives are achieved. |

課程目標 |
This course highly target at achieving below objectives:
1. Let our students establish the clear understanding about Organization Behavior.
2. To provoke students’ interest about Organization Behavior.
3. Bring cases scenario to simulate how OB works in the real business world in the interactive learning environment |

課程要求 |
I expect our students participate the discussion and provide feedback actively in the class. Take all assignment seriously especially respect each group member during the group work. In return, I promise to provide concrete reason for why we cover each topic. I will utilize the time we have together to help students think deeply rather than teaching them what Google and textbook can tell. Last but not the least, I will be receptive and responsive to all questions and feedback from our students. |
